[WINED3D] Trace corrections/improvements

This patch corrects the following issues in pixel and vertex shader traces.
It only affects trace messages, should be a no-op.
- my shift modifier cases are wrong (in the trace only) - oops
- replace (some incorrect) hardcoded masks with (correct) masks from the
- add support for printing out sampler registers and unhandled registers
- add support for printing out sampler texture types in the declaration
