[usp10] Fix return-codes of ScriptGetFontProperties (resend2)

Duh, saving the pointer before the call should be better (as pointer out
by Joris Huizer).

I fixed the return-codes and re-arranged some code, nothing to drastic
though (me thinks).

New tests pass on NT, W2K and W2K3 (some old tests still fail).
