[usp10] Fix return-codes of ScriptGetFontProperties + tests (next try)

Hi,

re-diffed against current and put in only the essential.

I've added some NULL checks in ScriptGetFontProperties and because of
that the check for 'if (NULL != sfp)' was removed.

I've also added some tests that only pass with the above changes.
