[AppDB] Submitted version deleted

Your test results were merged with version 14.x and you should have 
gotten an email for that.

That being said.. here is a patch to spell things out better next time..

Change log: Add message about why an app/version were deleted when 
moving them.

Files changed: admin/adminAppQueue.php
