shell32[2/5]: add a Trash virtual folder

Adds a Trash vitrual folder on the desktop. This folder is currently 
empty as the trash enumeration functions are not included in this patch 
- only a stub. The PIDL format is not compatible with Windows and could 
use less memory but this can be changed later without a problem as no 
one will make shurtcuts to items in the trash.

The folder is named 'Trash' to be compatible with Unix shells.
