WineD3D: texture caps fixes

Hi,

This patch adds two new capabilities to the Texture Filtering code and it adds all CubeTexture/VolumeTexture filtering caps. As a start they are copied from the standard Texture filtering caps with a small change in case of VolumeTextures.
