crypt32: improve undocumented functions

ChangeLog:
- test and implement I_CryptGetDefaultCryptProv (and correct its
  parameter list)
- I_CryptReadTrustedPublisherDWORDValueFromRegistry always initializes its
  out parameter, correct and show with a test
