X11Drv: import glx makecurrent/wglsharelists

Hi,

This patch moves MakeCurrent/wglShareLists and related code to winex11.drv. The same as with the previous opengl patch, the opengl32 code is the same except for minor changes in 'enter_gl' stuff and function pointers. Once the merge is complete various code can be simplified and some ExtEscape calls can be killed.

The changes have been tested using several games including World of Warcraft and I didn't experience any problems.
