[1/4] usp10: implement ScriptStringAnalyse

Hi,

Hopefully I got it right this time.  :)
This patch implements ScriptStringAnalyse.  Also removing todo_wine's 
with this new implementation.

There was one minor change to the tests, which now passes with Cp == 0, 
but not when Cp != 0.  I added an if(Cp == 0) without a todo_wine, and 
an else keeping the todo_wine.  This will be put back as it was with the 
4th patch in this series when the test passes for all values of Cp.
