[TOOLS] Make sure we can receive larger files for winetest

Hi,

this is a patch for the Tools section on winehq.org. Hope this time it
will be picked up.

The sending side was fixed, but the receiving side needs a fix as well.

The patch will make sure we can receive approx. 1.5MB files from our
winetest executable. The sending side is already changed to send a max.
of 1.5MB. Without this patch I'm not able to sent in the results from my
Win98 run.
