Do not overwrite fccType in the codec enumeration proc

Hello,

this patch allows to specify VIDC, VidC, vidc or any another case
variant as fccType in system.ini and registry. Windows doesn't care
what's there either.

Changelog:
    Do not overwrite fccType in the codec enumeration proc.
