WineFile: [PATCH] Implement part of Save Settings to registry

This patch adds the ability to save your window position to the
registry when using winefile.  I use dual monitors w/ TwinView and
find myself running winefile quite a bit, and it keeps defaulting to
MAXIMIZE mode instead of just being normal, so I added this.  Feel
free to critique it, and I can improve whatever is necessary and
re-submit.
