ole32/tests/storage32.c: Add tests against file paths

Path to filename of opened storage returned with IStorage_Stat in pwcsName 
field have to has full (absolute) path.

StgCreateDocFile have to create file in temp dir if pwcsName is NULL

Changelog
add test for check if returned path in stat.pwcsName is really absolute path
add test for use StgCreateDocFile with NULL as first argument
