Polish translation for README

Dear Sir/Madam,

I don't know if this is anything important or maybe someone has made
it already, but I have translated original English README file form
source package to Polish language. In /documentation there was no such
a file with ".pl" extension. File is in the attachment. Checked for
errors and corrected few times.

I hope some people will find it useful. :)
