shell32/tests: Added test for Desktop::ParseDisplayName(SHGetFolderPath(CSIDL_PERSONAL))

ChangeLog:
Test if the Desktop Folder's ParseDisplayName recognizes MyDocument's path.
Removed some HRESULT tests on IUnknown_Release calls, which returns ULONG.
