advpack tests

Hello,

this patch should fix 
http://test.winehq.org/data/200601171000/xp_dr.ie6/advpack:advpack.txt
and
http://test.winehq.org/data/200601171000/xp_alx-winxp-17-jan-2k6/
advpack:advpack.txt

but i can not test it myself because the tests are not executed on my win2k 
box.
