Patch for PE executable packers

Hello group,

Does anyone have or know of a patch to enable Wine to handle
various PE executable packers that muck with the PE header used by
many malware authors?

At best I get the "possibly infected by Tchernobyl/SpaceFiller
virus" warning but usually wine crashes. This is using wine-0.9.6.
