hiho

so far the patches are back to the state where i was some days ago, but
allready some things are done "better". this includes moving the
axes ranges into the joydev, so this solve the problems related to
GetProperty-before-acquired.

the following things are still on my todo list:

- currently the FF-related fields has_ff and num_effects are stored
  two times (slipped my mind yesterday)
- i have to find the range an app expects the min/max are - either we
  have to map the hardware allready to something sane - or we have to
  fix map_axis; currently my flight stick reports 0-2**16 - with the
  center at 2**15 this overflows map_axis (2**31+X in int is <0) - this
  would be a problem with apps, that rely/work with GetProperty/range

again - these patches work for my tests with IL2 and LFS; i was not
able to test against RBR, as it refuses to work (again) with current
cvs.
