joydev_enum_deviceW patch

Hi, 
I checked this function, and changed return value to False. I think this is a 
typo, because joydev_enum_deviceA has the correct return value.
With this patch, Tomb Raider Legends starts. Because of another problem we 
can't walk with lara:-)

This patch applies to current cvs.

Changelog:
* joydev_enum_deviceA now returns the correct value.
