[AppDB] - make table rows clickable and highlightable

Use javascript to enable us to make entire table rows clickable. This makes it 
much easier to 'view' a table row compared to having to click on the much 
smaller anchor text.

Use these clickable rows in the top X lists and in the test data lists.
