msi [2/3]: Don't display a feature if its Display value is zero

Hi,

This fixes bug 5648.  http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5648
I'll quote msdn instead of having you hunt through a link:

"Display: If the value is null or 0 (zero), the record is not displayed."

Changelog:
* Don't display a feature if its Display value is zero.
