gdi: Don't treat a NULL rect as an empty rect in ExtTextOutW

Hi,

 When the ETO_CLIPPED flag is ON but lprect is NULL, ExtTextOutW should not
clip the output string. Currently Wine clips the entire string and draws nothing.
