shdocvw: Get rid of Mozilla ActiveX control dependency.

This is my favorite patch and it almost only removes code:-)
This patch may cause regressions. If it does, please report and assign 
the bug to me.

Note: After applying this patch we no longer use Mozilla ActiveX 
control. We use our own Gecko package instead.
