[wined3d] IWineD3DImpl_CheckDeviceType if a GLContext already exists

* with this patch wine returns D3D_OK if WineD3D_CreateGLContext returns
NULL (for example if a GLContext already exists)

Ps. Best would be if CreateFakeGLContext would return the Context if one
already exists
