FONTS: fix Courier font

The main change is
-Ascent: 11
-Descent: 2
+Ascent: 10
+Descent: 3
but we need do it in Fontforge, not file.

The patch prepared after font edit in the latest Fontforge.

Changelog:
- fix cutting font's pixels under baseline
