GDI32: [1/5RE] freetype.c add more font selecting&linking mechanism support.

ChangeLog:
	init_system_links(), find_name_from_filename() are support face_index
of .ttc file.


I remove add_reg_value_system_font_link(), using defSystem, Tahoma_ttf
variable.
