[WIDL] Minor fixes

- The types 'byte' and 'unsigned char' are not the same type.
- Enable the use of multiple RPC-Inerfaces in a single executable.
- Initialize only non-scalar types to zero.
- The proc string size claculation must take the size of FC_END and FC_PAD 
into account.
