winedbg: Copy floating point status to the dbgcontext

This patch ensures that the status of the FPU is copied to the floating 
point save area in dbgcontext.  This change is of minimal risk as the 
save area exists in dbgcontext structure.

Changelog:
Update  dbg_get_context in tgt_active.c to include floating point flag 
when specifying the segments to copy to dbgcontext.
