oleaut: ITypeInfo::GetIDsOfNames should search inherited interfaces regardless of what type they are

ITypeInfo::GetIDsOfNames should search inherited interfaces regardless
of what type they are.

Add a test for this and dump type infos created with CreateDispTypeInfo.
