[opengl] Return the correct drawable for PBuffer HDCs

Changelog:
 - Return the correct drawable for PBuffer HDCs
 - Don't try to create a GLXPixmap with the default bitmap.
 - Make wglMakeCurrent() respect a failed get_drawable().
