Patch to unicode.h to avoid compiler warnings

Hi Magnus,

You need to update to the very latest CVS code and check the wine-patches
mailing list to make sure that the code you are patching hasn't changed and
that the issue you are patching hasn't already been addressed.

In this case, these prototypes have since been added. Also, in this unusual
case, Alexandre chose to physically place each function's declaration
immediately before its corresponding definition.
