secur32: [0/3] Explaining the patch series.

Rob recently contacted me with some bugs he found in the MakeSignature() and 
EncryptMessage()  implementation when having multiple SECBUFFER_DATA buffers 
to sign/encrypt. I have a patch to fix this.

However, while working on this I stumbled over some small issues I decided to 
fix first. I doubt the big patch will apply without applying these patches 
first. I think [1/3] and [2/3] will apply independent from each other, so 
just apply them before [3/3].
