comctl32: Remove Nx1 assumptions in ImageList_Read

This should fix regressions in applications that use ImageList_Read. I 
have tested it with Simple Sudoko, and that seems to work now.

Thanks to those that reported the regression... it was useful to have an 
application to test this patch with.
