I'm working on a real patch for ntlm_auth, but for now this should help Rob to 
keep testing the RPC code with NTLM.

ntlm_auth sets the NTLM_NEGOTIATE_SIGN flag when getting a 
NTLMSSP_FEATURE_SESSION_KEY flag. This should not happen.
