[winex11.drv] (1/2) fix copying top-down/bottom-up DIBs

Now copying can be done between any combination of top-down and
bottom-up DIBs. Previous method of copying was wrongly
treating bottom-up DIBs as top-down DIBs.

This patch, and the next one, fix all the graphical glitches in Reason 3
(a pro audio app that does a variety of client-side DIB copy
operations).

Changelog:
  * Added support for client-side copying between any combination of
    bottom-up and top-down DIBs, and fix previously broken bottom-up
    DIB handling.
