[PATCH 00/10] various updates to winedump

The following serie implements some of the ideas exchanged on
wine-devel concerning winedump:
- from a command line perspective, all dump commands now boil
  down to the simple form 'winedump <file>' and winedump will
  guess the correct file type
- stronger internal handling of errors cases with generalisation
  of checks for addresses and ranges inside the file to be 
  dumped
- first shot at dumping .PDB files (including symbols & types
  information)
