X11DRV: wgl remove unneeded export

Hi,

In opengl32 we are exporting two wgl ARB functions. On windows opengl32 only exports a few wgl core functions and no extensions. Extensions can only be accessed using wglGetProcAddress. This patch removes the unneeded exported functions from opengl32 and winex11.drv.
