[AppDB] Resend: Include testData_queue.php in objectManager

This is needed for proper handling of new test results.

Resend:
Document usage at the top of objectManager.php, and include objectManager.php 
from the unit test to make sure an error is displayed if it tries to include 
a file that is not present, or if the tests use a class that is missing from 
the objectManager includes.
A new bSilent variable can now prevent HTML output.
