riched32: fix for GETTEXTRANGE when there are newlines in the text

Add tests for riched32 and fix the issue of it failling to grab the correct number of chars
for a ME_GETTEXTRANGE when there are empty newlines.
It does not fix the \r\n instead of \n in bEmulateVersion10 mode (calling
RichEdit10ANSIWndProc) though I believe the remaining bug is less critical. Though it explains why all tests
with newlines fails even though the number of characters is correct. 

All the tests pass with native.
