schannel: Tests for Sp[Lsa, User]ModeInitialize and GetInfo (update)

Difference from the previous version:
- SECPKG_FUNCTION_TABLE has a variable length. Make sure we invoke the
right ->GetInfo()
- Don't test for the version which is returned by SpLsaModeInitialize.
Returning a different version number from native is not an error. We
will catch unknown version numbers in the GetInfo test.
