write.exe: add a new program that calls wordpad.exe (2nd try)

(due to a bad mail program configuration the previous mail was send from 
a non-existent address)

The Photoshop installer calls write.exe to display a readme file. I've 
removed the ./configure diff from the patch as it contained a lot of 
noise because of a different autoconf version.
