WineD3D: prepare pbuffer code for WGL transition

Hi,

WineD3D's current pbuffer code is buggy for a part due to buggy pixelformat 
selection code. This patch removes the pixelformat selection codepath and 
lets the pbuffer code use the same pixelformat as Wine's main visual. This is 
the same as the new WGL pbuffer code will behave initially. The code has been 
tested and works fine it should behave similar to the current AUX buffer 
path.
