[winecfg] Fix virtual desktop selection (bug 9214)

Hi,

This fixes the selection as explained in http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9214

I've also changed a wrong WINE_TRACE statement (wine_dbgstr_w already takes care
of NULL so no need to print out a pointer).
