[winecfg TRY2] Fix virtual desktop selection (bug 9214, 9217 and 9218)

Hi,

(slightly better patch I think)

This fixes the selections as explained in
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9214,
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9217 and
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9218

I've also changed a wrong WINE_TRACE statement (wine_dbgstr_w already takes care
of NULL so no need to print out a pointer).
