WineD3D: Pass the proper DeviceName to ChangeDisplays

Pass the proper DeviceName to ChangeDisplay settings else it doesn't work on 
Windows. Further the hwnd parameter has to be NULL according to MSDN (it is 
reserved). Without a proper DeviceName and hwnd=NULL resolution changing does 
not work. The hwnd=NULL behavior can point to a bug in Wine.
