[PATCH try2 3/3] wininet/tests: Test that for an open HTTP connection InternetQueryDataAvailable succeeds or returns ERROR_IO_PENDING.

This just adds a simple test showing that InternetQueryDataAvailable will succeed or if it
doesn't we must be in async mode and last error must be ERROR_IO_PENDING. Passes on Winxp and Win98.
I also changed the ok text on the previous test to be a little more descriptive.
