dinput: Properly increment sequence number for X only movement.

Actual evsequence will be incremented at the end of the function. Tests 
showed that X and Y that belongs to the same movement are queued with the 
same sequence number. Hence evsequence is not incremented in the patch itself.

Fixes bug 8786.
