WineX11.drv: add ability to recreate an X11 client window 2/3

Hi,

If the first patch of this set got in, we do have X11 client windows back which make it possible to remove the pixel format limitation from OpenGL and Direct3D.

This patch is a step in that direction by adding the ability to recreate an X11 client window which will be used by the next patch which will unlock all OpenGL pixel formats.
