WineX11.drv: Add an X11 window for the client area [attempt3]

Hi,

This an updated version of the patch. In the last version I lost the changes to Expose to let it handle the client window. With those readded everything worked fine again. Further this version contains a few small fixes like clearing the client window prop in SetParent and setting data->client_window to zero when it is the same as the whole window.
