-ansi -pedantic fix: replace 'linux' macro with '__linux__' macro

I was looking at the warnings gcc gives with the -ansi
and -pedantic flags. 

Anyway, the ldt.c file needs this change as the
'linux' macro is not accepted by gcc in pedantic mode
